A snapshot of what has my attention right now — what I'm building, reading, listening to, thinking about. Inspired by nownownow.com.

Building
- Briv — automating the by-hand chief-of-staff work without losing the part that made it work.
Reading
- The Mom Test — the book that made me stop pitching Briv and start asking people about their last bad week instead. Every user conversation I have now is downstream of it.
- Welcome to the Hyunam-dong Bookshop — a slow, kind novel about burning out and rebuilding at a smaller scale. Read it in a weekend when I needed the reminder that quiet work still counts.
Listening
- Ruby — Jennie — on repeat through late-night work sessions.
Watching
- Summer Strike — my all-time comfort rewatch. A woman quits everything and moves to a seaside town to do nothing on purpose, and the show just lets her. The anti-hustle drama.
Thinking about
- Whether automating something makes it better, or just makes it scale.
